Best of Bucks Dance Musical Theater Series The Phantom of the Opera Workshop was The Best Workshop of 2013

The PA School of the Performing Arts again proved to be the best in Bucks County with providing broaday to Bucks County with excellence! The In House Performance for parents and friends of Masquerade had a standing ovation! What a whirlwind it was preparing for the very first incarnation of our Broadway Workshop Series but WOW, was it worth it! Our students morphed into real professionals, absorbing a huge selection of real, authentic Broadway choreography and, with the intensely physical and academic, yet incredibly nurturing guidance of Paloma Garcia-Lee and Paul Shaefer, our students transformed into seasoned performers. They approached the material with sharp focus and inner fire, and with much practice and terrific zeal, all of this glimmering new knowledge began to churn and digest and then become incorporated into their astonishingly capable bodies and minds. They performed with magnetic presence, nuance, glamour, grace, passion, poise, technical virtuosity, focus, concentration, and of course spirit. It was a day that we will always remember, and we are already so antsy about the next intensive in the Broadway Workshop series.
