Part-Time - Front Desk Customer Service /Office Receptionist

Hiring Now - August Summer and 2020 -2021 Season

Outgoing, enthusiastic, and organized customer service/sales pro to manage our front-desk reception area and provide excellent administrative assistance.

This is an ideal job for a mature empty nester.

This mature individual will help keep our outstanding community

of teachers' and student's organized and sales growth. The New Virtual and In Studio with COVID-19 policies and procedures in place. Virtual and Plexi Glass Front Desk Customer Service Receptionist will help build, implement, and maintain systems to ensure organizational effectiveness in support of PSPA's customer service artistic mission.

The ideal candidate will:

Be a customer service professional with highly developed customer service skills and sales.
Provide proven skills in office administration.
Be organized and efficient.
Be proficient in basic office software suites, including MSOffice.
Be able to generate/produce and post-marketing materials.
A plus to be able to quickly and efficiently manage our social media outlets.
Live nearby in the Bucks County area with transportation.
Love children and the fast-paced dance theater studio environment.

Work hours/days vary seasonally. Typical are: Mondays to Thursdays mid-day through mid-evening 3 pm -9:30 pm and Saturday mornings from 8 am -3 pm. Somewhat flexible schedule and hours.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
